Introducing the Muse Decoder
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and modern Western Science, the Muse Decoder translates the chaotic symptoms of perimenopause into a recognizable pattern, your Muse.
This is not a personality test, and it is not a clinical medical diagnosis. It is a deeply structured, multi-dimensional way of listening to what your biology is already saying, and finally naming the shape of it.
Perimenopause has 9 distinctive, overarching patterns of symptoms. Every woman moving through this transition embodies one of these archetypes. Each Muse has her own signature: her heat, her fog, her crash, her rage, her ache.
But within that pattern lies both her shadow and her superpower—and the specific, exact nutritional levers required to steady her system.
The Muse Decoder is a fun way to discover your pattern and also help advance research in this crucial part of a woman's life. So thank you in advance for participating and if you feel like, don't hesitate to contact me to give me feedback!

What your free profile contains
Your result is a full portrait of your pattern:
- your primary Muse — and, where the signal is strong enough, a secondary one shown as a blend
- the biology of of what is happening in your body right now,
- who you are inside that pattern
- the creative strength it carries
- a summary with what needs to be addressed and how

Where to go from there
The first step is to recognise the physiological patterns that are causing chaos but to fully harness this initiatory transition is to follow your call to enter the heroine's journey into owning your wounds and uncovering the gifts that lie buried under old stories that make you feel small. This is your call, step into the journey!
